Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 29 April 2026

This policy describes what you may not do on Kronoscript. Violations can result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination, with no refund of any tips or supporter contributions. Where the conduct is illegal, we will cooperate with law-enforcement requests.

1. No sexual or pornographic content

Kronoscript is a memoir platform. Sexual content has no place here. Specifically prohibited:

  • Pornographic images, videos, or written descriptions of sex acts.
  • Sexually suggestive content of minors — any sexualization of anyone under 18 is grounds for immediate permanent ban and a report to authorities.
  • Adult-services advertising or links to adult content.
  • Nude imagery, including artistic nudity that is not clearly historical/cultural in context.

2. No illegal activity

Don't use the Service to promote, plan, glorify, or facilitate criminal activity. Specifically:

  • Threats of violence, harm, or property destruction against any person or group.
  • Sale, distribution, or instructions for making weapons, controlled substances, or illegal drugs.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, money laundering, financial schemes targeting users.
  • Stalking, doxxing, or unauthorized publication of someone else's home address, phone number, or other identifying information.
  • Exploitation, trafficking, or abuse of children or vulnerable adults.
  • Glorification of self-harm or suicide. (Discussion of personal struggle in a memoir context is not the same — context matters; we'll err toward keeping memoir but remove content that promotes the act.)

3. No soliciting

Kronoscript is not a marketplace, a dating site, or a fundraising platform. Don't:

  • Solicit money, services, or favors from other users (the official Ko-fi tip jar for the platform itself is the only sanctioned ask).
  • Use the Service for commercial advertising, multi-level marketing, or affiliate-link spam.
  • Send unsolicited romantic or sexual messages, especially to minors or to anyone who has indicated they are not interested.
  • Recruit users for outside platforms, groups, or causes via direct messages or comments.

4. No harassment or hate speech

  • No targeted harassment, bullying, or coordinated brigading of users.
  • No content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or serious medical condition.
  • No graphic violence beyond what is necessary to describe a memoir event in context.
  • No incitement to violence against any group.

5. No impersonation or deceit

  • Don't impersonate other people in a way intended to deceive (parody/tribute accounts are OK if clearly labeled).
  • Don't fabricate quotes or events attributed to identifiable real people.
  • Don't operate multiple accounts to evade a ban or manipulate engagement.

6. No spam, abuse of automation, or scraping

  • No bot accounts, automated posting, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
  • Don't scrape user data en masse (the export feature is for your own data).
  • Don't deliberately attempt to break, overload, or exploit the Service.

7. Copyright & intellectual property

Don't post content you don't have rights to — that includes copyrighted images, full-text articles, music, or video. Brief quotes for memoir purposes are usually fine; uploading someone else's photographs without permission is not. We respond to good-faith DMCA-style takedown notices.

8. Reporting violations

If you see something that violates this policy, email info@kronoscript.net with:

  • A link to the post, comment, or profile.
  • What part of this policy you believe was violated.
  • Any context that helps us judge it.

We aim to respond to reports within 72 hours and to acknowledge urgent reports (threats, child-safety) within 24 hours.

9. Enforcement

Depending on severity, our responses include:

  • Content removal — the offending post or comment is deleted; the user is notified.
  • Warning — for first-time minor offenses.
  • Temporary suspension — typically 7 to 30 days.
  • Permanent ban — for severe violations, repeat offenses, or any of the absolute prohibitions in §1 (sexualization of minors), §2 (criminal threats, child exploitation), or §4 (incitement to violence).

Decisions are at our discretion. We will explain bans on request but the decision is final.

10. Changes

We may revise this policy. Material changes will be announced via the in-app notification system; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
